More and more people are dumping the soda for healthier options.
Solar drinks kombucha and kefir  which I can't seem to stomach. But for the last several months I have been following a group that "hydrates" with some interesting concoctions. Most which I have found easy to suck down.
My two favorites currently are GGMS (Good Girl Moonshine) and a Singing Canary. (I love the names because it really throws people when I tell them GGMS.)
The GGMS is a combination of apple cider vinegar with the mother, ginger, and stevia mixed with water and served over ice.
The Singing Canary combines turmeric with a few other ingredients sweetened with stevia and served over ice.
I was wondering what others may drink for their health.
One of my brother-in-laws believes bourbon is the answer....
I tried this off brand of chips called "The Good Crisp Company". It is supposed to be better for you (gluten free/GMO free and all that nonsense). I can eat them, but the cost 2-3 times more that the Lay's Stacks.
Why is "better" stuff so expensive?

I wish I could answer that for you. My best guess is because of the quality of the ingredients, the cost of having a separate processing plant (in terms of gluten free), and a little of because some of us will pay for it.
My current favorite chocolate bar is sweetened with stevia and cost $4 a bar.... I could get Hersheys for 1/4 to 1/3 the price...

I go through phases for my water. Fortunately the "drinks" I am making are basically water with some healthy stuff added. One of each of these will get me my 8 glasses of water. ( I drink them out of a quart jar.

I drink DiHydrogen Oxide.
I also mix it with Crystal Light Lemonade mix. Sometimes I use it for Tea.
My healthy drink of Choice is Powerade Zero.

Sounds interesting (DiHydrogen Oxide). I have never been able to drink any of the Gatorade, Powerade, or those kind of drinks.

Hmm...
Does not Gatorade have a lot of sugar and salt?
What about that stuff that has electrolytes?
