So after hearing and reading about this for awhile now I decided to give it a go after my friend told me how good it was. I used the recipe by the Pioneer Woman.
I had -
16 oz strong hot coffee (made with my Aero Press)
1 T of coconut oil
1 T butter
1 T of vanilla coconut creamer (my addition)
I used my little blender and blended it for about 20-30 seconds. It was creamy, rich and delicious. I would never have it more than once a day mainly due to the calorie count. :scared:
My version calories = 102+120+20 = 242 calories
