Do we really need another Government agency punishing it's citizens?

Don't get me wrong: there should be a few access ramps built for those who need it. But, most people are like my mom who at one time had to wear one of those boots for a while and got around with a knee roller. She is not crippled; she is just old. Just like most of the people with handicapped stickers.

We don't need a government agency who has the power to levy a steep fine because something stupid is broken for the moment.

It sounds like it is like every other government agency; good intentions but now it is a club on the citizens.
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

I'm with you on this. As a disabled Vet, it's nice having better access, ramps, parking, but it's way over the top.
Accessibility should be voluntary, not Govt mandated. I had a hot tub in my business back in the 80s, the city wanted me to install a freakin lift for the crippled.
I had no crippled members, it was a damn gym, but since the hot tub had technically been grandfathered in, I found a loophole.

Like I said, if someone wants to cater to the disabled, fine, give them a tax break for complying, but to force acceptance? That's Marxist!
