Looking at this again, one thing is clear:  We can do without over half the federal departments.   They are really unnecessary at a federal level, period.  Some of them might be useful at a state level, I think people can best decide that in their own localities.
All animals are created equal; Some just take longer to cook.   Survival is keeping an eye on those around you...
