When did it become OK to nickle-and-dime you for stuff that should be the auto repair shop's responsibility?

It is like ordering a pizza for $12.99, and when you pick it up it is $15.99 because of "baking fees". No the shop rags are your responsibility, especially when you guys don't take the effort to clean up your mess on my car.

Find a better shop, let them die under the weight of "FEES".
