These things can get LOST easily, and verification is obviously absent without a photo id requirement - who's gonna know if it's really *you* or someone else?

We have our get outta jail card re Covid, but we will still wear masks.  Easter Sunday saw the grandkids and family which was nice. Only the children and one son are not vaccinated.  Only a few in extended family have had virus and thankfully are well today. As Americans we tend to think too often in boxes and forget the world out there. India and Europe are not doing well.

That reminds me of two questions that I have asked repeatedly and no one has been able to give me legitimate answers. We're told by the "experts" that our immune response to the virus is not the same and not as long lasting as from the "vaccine". My question is, if our body's response to the actual virus is not the same or long lasting as our body's response to the "vaccine", how do they differ and why do they differ?

If the "vaccine" is not sufficient enough that people are still required to wear a "mask" so as not to be a "super spreader", what is the point in taking the "vaccine"?

I live in a very blue area and it seems most are getting the vaccine.  I am told continually that I am selfish because I'm risking their health.  If they are vaccinated, aren't they allegedly safe and I am the one at risk?  I just want to be left alone and not nagged to death.  98% survivability is just not an illness that freaks me out.

You are so correct. I received the vaccine. I could care less if others choose not to receive it. However, this is a perfect example of the differences between leftists and conservatives.

You must live for yourself, not for what other "think or feel" for you. You must live your own life.  As supsalemgr said "this is a perfect example of the differences between leftists and conservatives."  As I told each of my kids, after moving out of the house.  You can ask me for advice, but YOU must make the decisions as you will have to live with it not me.
