The NIH, CDC, WHO and especially the little lying hypocrite Anthony Fauci knew that chloroquine wasn't effective treatment for SARS covid type viruses because he did a study on it all the way back in 2005. I think you had a typo, it should have read "Fauci knew that chloroquine was effective". That's why Trump was taking it.

At strongly  approve/disapprove  he  is at  -16. I know everyone will just  laugh it  off but  he  is  losing the  base by  not  leading a  movement.

And your point? Trump has only twice hit 40% approval in these polls since 2018, and never went any higher, while his disapproval's have never hit the medium of 50%.
Point is, polls can never be trusted because not everyone who responds, not to mention a 24/7 LSM assault on Trump. Think back to when every poll said Hillary would win decisively in 2016.

One thing polls will never capture is emotion, neither the apathy of the left, nor the exuberance on the right, meaning every poll should be taken with a grain of salt.
