I read this book years ago and enjoyed it. I also read most of C.S. Lewis's other books and enjoyed them all. I should probably read them again.

The scene between C.S. Lewis and little Douglas at the end gets me every time.
I recently went back and reread Lewis' "Out Of The Silent Planet" trilogy, having initially read it back in the early/mid 70's, and was chilled by how the final book, "That Hideous Strength", went from being fiction the first time I read it, to being descriptive of so much reality that has happened in the last couple of decades.
Amazing read.
