Glad to see this verdict. If a person lies about a hate crime to federal officials...that should be some serious Federal Pen time. He is nothing but a racist jerk. Hope the sentencing is just...God Bless America.

The six counts are near the bottom.  And you're right.  It is unlikely he'll get prison time.   So he's found guilty, but gets no prison time, is BlM still gonna get that panties in a wad.

Some of you aren't going to like this or agree with me but here goes:

Putting this little shit in Jail isn't going to solve anything, in fact IMHO its the worst thing that can happen coz its going to make a marytr of him, the left is going to spin this into him being some kind of hero/victim of a "racist" (of course ) CJS.

Instead here is what I would do:

Calculate the cost to the taxpayers for the investigation, the man hours the time and effort the salaries of all involved from investigating officers to Prosecutors to Judge use of court house etc etc and THATS PART OF HIS FINE

The rest of his fine is compensation to a special victims fund those who lost businesses or suffered from financial hardship because of BLM/ANTIFA protests in the area

The rest of his debt to society is thus:  You and your Hollywood/Media friends will make a documentary film about all the Damage your reverse racism caused to innocent people, Black or White, Hispanic Asia whatever thru your actions.

You are ordered to do this and complete it while on probation, a mandate of which you are not to appear on any talk shows, media interviews etc etc until the release of the aforementioned documentary film

Last but not least throw those two Nigerian clowns who participated in this farce out of OUR Country
