OK, I've been watching as this story unfolds and a couple of things come to mind.
One is the LSM isn't defending it, and two, why?

Sure, the RINO need a new trophy to hang, the old Elephant getting mounted by the donkey, has gotten real old and tired.

However, is the left hoping for a Kamala?    
But wait, McCarthy would be next inline behind her, Right? Now consider this. The Conservative caucus was able to get an agreement on language calling out the Speaker with a simple 5 votes.

Are they setting up to appoint Trump as Speaker then Impeach Kamala?
I don't know, sounds far fetched, but who'd have thought the DNC could ever steal a Presidential election?

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) requested a range of documents and other materials from the White House after it was revealed that classified documents were found at President Joe Biden's office and Delaware home, triggering a special counsel investigation.

In a new letter issued to White House counsel Stuart Delery on Friday, Comer noted that his committee recently initiated an investigation into Biden's possession of classified materials and said that more documents are needed by Jan. 27. That includes "all classified documents" that were recently obtained by Biden's lawyers "at any location," according to the letter.

Comer's letter also sought a complete list of Biden's aides and lawyers who are tasked to look through Biden's documents, a list of locations where the documents were found, and communications and documents that were sent between the Department of Justice and White House or the National Archives. The latest House Oversight letter was triggered after a second batch of documents were found by Biden's aides and lawyers inside rooms of his Delaware residence; classified materials were also found at his Washington office.

"We have [documents] revealing this address appeared on Hunter's driver's license as recently as 2018," House Oversight Republicans wrote, referring to Biden's son Hunter Biden, "the same time he was cutting deals with foreign adversaries."

The nexus between the tranche of documents and Hunter Biden is notable, as the GOP has long sought to investigate connections between the president and his son's controversial business ventures in China and Ukraine. Before Republicans took control of the House, Comer and other Republicans announced they want to make investigating the Bidens' business dealings a priority.

Just a couple of wild ass ideas, the left and the lsm will wait until the republicans decide how they are going investigate before forming their strategy and then go after the messenger.  I am already hearing stories about the documents being planted, can not see that one going any where.

Obama could clear all of this up just by saying he gave Biden permission to take them, but that would kill there case against Trump taking documents. don't think Obama would do it even if the left asked him.

Worst case scenario, republicans huff and puff, open investigation, proclaim they will get to the bottom of this right before they move on to something else.

I don't see any long range benefits for the democrats by promoting Kamala. She brings nothing to the table and there is no reason to believe she will ever be anything but a drag on the party. Only way I can see the democrats backing her is if they are ready to concede "24 and want to say they at least were the first party to run a woman/black for president.   

All of this goes out the window if Hunter becomes the main focus.

This is one of those times to just get out of their way. They are in panic mode because they have pissed off the MSM and their cover is gone. They are not used to being in this situation. Therefore, they will keep digging. Don't stop them.

Just a thought but It could be that the Dems are gonna use this "documents" issue as a scheme to make Brandon step down without resorting to impeachment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like the Dems are the ones who discovered these DOC's in the first place, the people at the "Think" tank. Now why would they bring that to public light, his own people? Then we have the Docs in the garage.  Why wouldn't they cover it up as usual?  Something sounds suspicious to me.

Again I think the original Game plan was to put this moron in office hoping he would die, paving the way for Flatback who would pick Madame Le Farge Le Hillary for VP. So this might be plan B

IMHO, in the democrat's mind, getting Biden to step down over the documents would only strengthen their case against Trump. So would it be Hillary who is overloaded with her own document (emails, servers) luggage, or Squeaky clean Newsom?  (just kidding about the clean part.Hillary could not win the election when the democrats were riding high, they are down in the dumps now. All the midterms proved is incumbents have a huge advantage in any election, no matter how crooked they are. In no way were the midterms a plus for the democrats.

I guess it might come down to who does the deep state want, I would guess Hillary. Poor kamala.

I do not disagree the democrats would like to be rid of Biden. However, the same democrats do not want any part of Kamala. They are in a difficult situation.

Also let me point out that before trump came along the dems were on a 16 year plan, 8 years of obama, and then 8 years of hildog, of which we would be on her 6th right now. So it seems hildog was the first choice but after she lost to trump they must have thought she was a liability or something.

The fact is that when they choose biden I was dumbstruck. The libs keep surprising me, not because I keep underestimating them, but because I keep overestimating them. 

I figured that if they were going to cheat they would at least choose someone semi believable that they could win. Instead they picked the guy who obviously had to cheat to win. So it is hard to always predict the left when they continue to act so stupid.
