Well, click on it and find out!
I did. Then I clicked on the "i" (for information) button next to it.
It said,
"Bias Slider
Choose the bias filter button to show the un-censored results
from sources on the Right, Left, or Center (mixed)."
By the way, it's a search engine, not a browser.

You can make it a start page, that in essence makes it a browser for brave or whatever you want it to be.
I've come to despise Brave search, it's too fuckin Woke! This is my new start page.

I'm thinking more like a tech nerd about this.
What I have to say here might not be important to computer users.
I'm just being a little picky about which software performs which function.
Chrome or Brave or Foxfire or Internet Explorer are browsers.
They are platforms upon which search engines like Google or Bing or Tusk Search operate.
I stopped using Internet Explorer years ago because
so many newer websites use software that Internet Explorer cannot read.
I LOATHE Google! I stopped using it when I tested it
by searching for pages that I had just visited,
and Google would not let me know that they exist.
I switched to Bing, because it passed my test.
A year or so later, it started failing the same test.
Lately, I've been using Qwant.
It seems to be doing okay.

So instead of actually trying it, you just want to bitch about other engines?
Well, that was helpful...
I've used them all, this is just another option, one I think is good.
If Brave search is woke, should we be using Brave browser?

Any time I get a chance to excoriate Google or Microsoft,
I'm going for it!
Those companies are DIABOLICAL!
Let's give them the reputation they deserve!
