Trucking companies don't need NYCs business , in fact skipping out on running loads to NYC might actually make them more money because of NYC's ridiculous load requirements, taxes, and dock fees.

There are very few refrigerated trucking on a large scale. I have been off the road for a very long time...When I was driving the Monfort Lane it was 90% independent truckers going into Hunt's Point...I can't see it changing that much.

Once again and IMO...boycott Hunt's Point and you boycott the whole city of New York...Being born and raised in the Bronx, add in driving a truck especially a Monfort Lane driver you will get everybody in NYC attention real fast.

Remember this...produce and meats can't be dropped in a yard for a daycab local driver to deliver.
