Dims are losing at every turn and they know it.

Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., issued a warning to the Supreme Court days before oral arguments in a potential landmark abortion case, claiming that a "revolution" will take place if the high court overturns existing precedent.

During a virtual event Monday featuring New Hampshire's entire House and Senate delegation, WMUR reporter Adam Sexton had asked if public debate over abortion had "muted" due to many people in the U.S. only knowing life post-Roe v. Wade. Shaheen asserted that nothing would be muted about the reaction to a possible overturning of that decision.

Democrats are in total panic mode. They are losing at every turn and have no clue as to how to change it as any possible correction destroys their narrative. The media cannot cover their idiocy any longer.

Supreme Court signals willingness to uphold abortion limits in Mississippi case

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court appeared prepared Wednesday to uphold a Mississippi law that would ban almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, which would be a dramatic break from 50 years of rulings.

The justices heard 90 minutes of oral arguments in the most direct challenge to Roe v. Wade in nearly three decades.

A majority of the court's conservative justices suggested they were prepared to discard the court's previous standard that prevented states from banning abortion before a fetus becomes viable, which is generally considered to be at about 24 weeks into a pregnancy.

At least four of the court's conservatives, Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, suggested they were prepared to overturn Roe on the grounds that it was wrongly decided, despite the public's decades of reliance on it.

Here is the hearing....

Next time you hear a Marxist claim there's nothing in the Constitution about abortion/murdering children.

Remind them of this "LIFE, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness".

Guess where Judge Thomas going with this line of questioning.

Justice Thomas: Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a previable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother?

Pro-abortion attorney Rikelman: That's not what this case is about, but a woman has a right to make choices about her body.

Justice Thomas never ask questions during proceedings....matter of fact "Before Justice Scalia's death, Thomas went 10 years without asking a question during proceedings". So when Justice Thomas, a silent man speaks the lawyers listen and man are they listening.

You are correct! We have a long way to go indeed!

That said, the signs are good from our perspective. The fact that the court is willing to take on a case that so directly conflicts with Roe is purely positive. Roe was bad law 48 years ago and it hasn't aged well.
