QuotePretty compelling. What the information shown says is that the requests sourced from Chinese IP addresses. And, a lot of time is spent on that which is actually irrelevant. If you understand a VPN or tunneling, you know why a source IP alone is not 100% proof it was the Chinese government. That is likely, but it's equally likely to be the CIA using a VPN to China and attacking the election from there.

What's far more important to focus on - and I may make an edit of this video to actually focus on it - is the fact that the person is willing to testify that he can prove these requests caused a change in votes. In that, he can prove that each vote for Trump that was removed meant a vote was added for Biden. Or...it's perjury.

That...right there...is what is significant. Figuring out whether it was the Chinese government or [insert attacker here] can come next and would - if people could just first admit they have a problem.

It's like any recovery program: People have to first admit we have a problem. The emphasis of this video should be that. We have a damn problem. Once people can admit this, they'll want to know "Who Dunnit?!" and then we'll figure out if that source IP was tunneling or nah.
