Title: Clown judge dismisses Antrim County lawsuit - DePerno will appeal
Post by: taxed on May 18, 2021, 02:53:37 PM
Another judge takes a knee.  It's OK for several reasons.

First, DePerno is appealing, which would be an appeal on Elsenheimer's ruling that the crystal-clear language in the state constitution doesn't say what it says.

Second, he's drawn massive attention and scored major points in this battle, and that genie can't be put back in the bottle.  The intensity on state officials by the people of Michigan is about to increase a few degrees.

DePerno proved beyond a reasonable doubt that these machines are not only unsecure, but were manipulated.

QuoteJudge Kevin A. Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court in Michigan dismissed Attorney Matt DePerno's Antrim County lawsuit on Tuesday. The Motion for Summary Disposition filed by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Antrim County was dismissed because the judge ruled that:

"There is no right either in the Constitutional section or in Statute for the independent audit that Mr. Bailey seeks. A Petitioner under Article 2, Section 4, does not get to choose his own audit criteria, rather, the Legislature has given that authority of review to the Secretary of State. So while a citizen may seek an audit, they must do so through the Law."

If SOS Benson is so insistent on this being the most secure election in history, why didn't she follow the state's law when it came to the audit she had to perform? If there is nothing to hide, why are they so adamant about keeping an actual audit from happening?   :cursing:  :cursing:

That's what I think is the most effective side-effect from all of this... more people waking up.
