To complete it a bit, Duke Sinđelić was waiting for reinforcements, but other dukes were in a dispute about some spoils of war, so nobody sent their armies to help. Facing certain death with his men, he decided to blow up their gunpowder storage, killing his few hundred remaining Serbs, but also killing thousands of Turks together with them.
