We had an agreement with the Russians that NATO would cease encroachment towards Russia, but we broke that agreement.
Putin stated clearly, any movement towards Ukraine joining NATO would be in violation of the treaty, and still, the Marxist EU, along with the NWO/UN/WEF and the Biteme regime, kept pushing Russia towards WWIII.
