Title: Israel's Outgoing Defense Minister Says Iran Starting to Withdraw From Syria
Post by: Solar on May 18, 2020, 12:52:28 PM
Iran has begun withdrawing its forces from Syria, Israel's outgoing Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said on Monday, without offering any evidence to support his assertion.

At the Defense Ministry handover ceremony, Bennett addressed the Iranian presence in the region: "We have intensified the scope of the attacks against Iranian forces in Syria. We've made it clear by our actions that there's no place protected from us. There's no safe place for those who try to attack the State of Israel," he said.

"Iran has in fact started a process of withdrawing from Syria, but we've got to finish the job," Bennett added. "We have to increase the diplomatic, economic, military and technological pressure, as well as operate in other realms."

He also urged his successor, Kahol Lavan Chairman Benny Gantz, to maintain pressure on Iran, adding that the trend might otherwise reverse.

Which raises the question, "How much does $20 a barrel oil have to do with this?". Notice Russia has also been very quiet lately.

Trump! Rearranging the world, one dictatorship at a time.

I swear, he routed these idiots and made them think it was their idea, even got Putin in an oil war with S/A and killed his own economy.
Iran is in dire straights and now they're dealing with the Commie virus, a virus they claimed only hit the Infidel, devastated their military. a military they're having trouble feeding, they were leftist with no other option.

Oil is pricing around $32 this morning. That is not enough to fund Iran and Russia, but probably enough for frackers to breakeven.
