Yeah, and so do these armed bots. I hope our so called "Representatives" are writing laws to restrict these things to battle fields on foreign soil.
The consequences of releasing these on civilians would be the start of the civil war. A faceless enemy is void of humanity, so why would the general populace see it any different?
All governmental installations would become a target. We all know these think tanks have warned of this inevitability. It would mean the end of the US as we know it.
