I never was a gamer...played Pacman and Missile Command but that's about it. Also, Golden Tee Arcade. I actually have the stand up console of Golden Tee Arcade at home. IMO....the great video game of all time.

I'm looking to get a gaming device so is it Playstation or XBOX and which series..............?

Also, a few recommended games would be nice... I think I would like war games or something like 1701 AD.

Forget the console, unless you plan on playing in groups online.

For PC I highly recommend Borderlans 2, you can also play online with a PC and the upside is a mouse instead of a stupid slow ass controller.
