I saw Uncle Fester on Hwy 99 in 1966? in Sacramento. I was riding along and looked over and there he was, in full makeup on a Honda bike.
He looks over and smiles that big ass grin, waves and punches it.
Found out later the entire cast was in town for some kind of meeting.

I really do miss TV of the early 60s. The Munsters was another you should check out. Oh, and the Monkees was another favorite, I loved Bubble Gum music of the day

Thanks for posting, brings back great memories...

The Monkees started as just the subject of a TV series. They evolved into a really good group of the timess.

Exactly!
I remember the haters going on about how it was just a commercial band created to manipulate kids into buying their paraphernalia, that there was no actual talent, just braindead TV. Tough I think the only thing they sold was a model of the Monkee Mobile, not a whole lot of profit there.

Oddly enough, I loved the Hell out of the stupidity, that actually seemed to point fun at itself and Hollyweird.
Regardless, their music lives on as testament to some truly talented artists, people who would otherwise have never come together in real life, if not for some dreamer of a producer selling the idea.

Hard rockers hated them, but then, I hated hard rock.

After I posted the link, I realized there are only four episodes spinning, but they are awesome. Love those two episodes of young Morticia with "her sister" Ophelia, because I could finally see her legs, I remember those episodes from when I was a kid. Also that episode with Lurch singing is great.

I remember watching the Monkees show when I was a kid in 1980s, it was ok and kind of fun, but not that deep.

I think all that was good on TV I watched as a kid during the 1980s, like the Addams Family, and the westerns with John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson, etc. Back then when we were a communist country with only two state TV channels, but there was an excellent selection of movies and TV shows to watch. And now we got hundreds of TV channels, but I don't watch TV. Nothing to see there anymore, I only sometimes watch some live sport, and a dedicated western channel if there is some good movie.

Monkees Deep?  :bigl  :bigl  :bigl  :bigl  :bigl  :bigl  :bigl

It was anything, but deep, that was the entire purpose, Brain Dead. It was made to sell records, that's all.

How did we go from a cute, adorable girl to the psychopath in this current series?

With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

Maybe this series from The Critical Drinker can partially explain it.
