I remember my dad and his friend talking about this, they said he actually liked the owner, but they were rehearsing and goofing around. Apparently someone saved the film, boss found out and canned him anyway.

What's up with the dog on the hood scratching up the inventory? Surely, he's not a security dog to ward off would be car thieves.

No dog in this commercial. The dealership is in Little River/North Myrtle Beach area.
