No - too many issues.  If your in a dress your probably dealing with not just underwear but pantyhose.  If your in jeans or slacks your gonna have them around your knees.  And they way these are set up there would be no privacy.  You are standing there either giving a crotch shot or a butt shot to whomever walks in the room.   

Update according to Solar you are to sit on this....hell no.  If I am going to straddle and sit on something at least make it worth my while..... 

 Not going to happen.  I am rather fond of potty privacy, even if I never get it at home.
