Kari. I don't want to give you false hope, but I feel like I should share this.

Seven years ago, my back was so bad, I was at the chiropractor twice a week, sometimes having to just about crawl into my truck to get there.

Long story short...............I no longer have back problems, and I'm pain free. This has worked for several others, including a friend of my brother's, that couldn't get out of bed, his back was so bad. He's now back to work.

Here are the supplements I take every day. I can't promise a cure, but I can safely say that it will help, if even a little.

Move Free Advanced (Triple Strength)                               2  per day

Strontium (680 Mg)                                                            2  every other day

Calcium With D3 (600 Mg)                                                  1  every other day

Vitamin C (1000 Mg)                                                           1 per day

MSM (1000 Mg)                                                                   1 per day

A woman I know was suffering with debilitating joint pain. Several months ago I talked her into giving this regimen a try. She called recently and told me that it helped her a lot.

It takes a while to feel a noticeable difference, (couple months), but I have not had one report of it not at least helping some. None of the stuff is dangerous. Strontium strengthens bone. The reason for not taking it along with the calcium, is that they cancel each other out, and you get the benefit from neither.

Much of the research that went into this, was done by my Dad. He had prostate cancer that moved into his bones. He eventually died, but he didn't go through any of the pain that is normally associated with his condition.

I hope this can help anyone on here that has chronic back and joint pain. It helped me.

Since I guess this would qualify as medical advice. Check with your doctor to make sure it's okay.

I get the stuff here. Best prices that I've found.

Being the hard headed individual that I am, I ignored my Dad's advice on this for a year. My back was so bad, I just didn't believe that some over the counter supplements could help. Of course, the chiropractor had me convinced that he was the only one that could give me some relief. I think I'm right at about 7 years since I've seen him.

I am always up for trying more natural remedies (as opposed to Rx), I will have to do some research to make sure that all of those are safe for pregnancy/nursing, but I can't imagine that they wouldn't be.  I have a friend who is part if of an herb/supplement coop, so I will check your link and with her.

Thanks for the info, it certainly can't hurt to try, because this life isn't really working for me.

I hear ya. The strontium is a natural mineral. Kind of an interesting story about it. It does the same thing as the prescription stuff that they sell for osteoporosis and other degenerative bone issues, with none of the side effects. Big pharma would prefer that people don't know about it.

I had tried glucosamine, chondroitin, etc. For some reason, the Move Free Advanced does a much better job. About 3 months after starting with this regimen, I felt so good that I stopped taking everything. Sure enough, within about 3 weeks of stopping, that pain started creeping back in. I haven't stopped since.

I really hope that it does you some good. I've been there with the bad back.................standing up hurts, sitting down hurts, everything hurts. It's taken a lot longer, but even my knees are getting better. They used to sound like grinding pebbles together in your hand.......not so much any more.
