Of course the weather was slightly bipolar in nature, but it didnt matter,lol..  Lira has a bew racein buddy,, her name is Bailey, they had fun draggin us around the place and saying hello to everyone they came across,, silly dog has alot of friends there now, lol.
Himself came up to me after the qualifying stuff, I had just got back from walking Lira,, he said hey is that Bobby LaBonte down there....  Instant bead on the golf cart and sure enough it was him! My driver since 1998, crusing in a golf cart in the camp zone. Shot over the guard rail down the 15' embankment like a goat and asked if he could PLEASSSSEEEEEE come to our spot... His driver said yes. I didnt go bug nuts about it on our row,, but flew back up the  embankment and waited with my hat in hand....  and there he came!   Talked to him for about 5 minutes, and maybe only 4 other people figured it out,lol... I got his autograph on the hat,,, and after he left... the people actually thanked me for getting him to come up,lol...  It was rather cool, lol.  No pics,,, Himself was trying to find a Bobby something,,,,  then he felt really really bad that  he didnt just stay outside,,,, a once in a lifetime thing,,, ah well....I dont really care,,, we'll all be talking about this one for a long time to come...
Races were fun to watch,,, the ride home was a trip from hell, going thru those storms of red and yellow all thru Kentucky,,,ugh,,,, not fun.
HOme, to cleaning out the camper,,, dealing with the usual,,,, and yesterday I started my seeds in the grow room. I figure 1 flat of veggies a day and by next week I will be done. The table holds 8 flats,,,, this is gonna be cool....
So back to it I go....... winter is afoot for the weekend. Ya west coasters really need to stop with the winter sharing, lmao
