I have to fly home in April on business. Flights from Newark New Jersey to London Heathrow on British Airways are only $181.00 Round trip! But taxes, fees, charches, and surcharges come to $651.34. Charges and surcharges?

So I can fly 6000 miles round trip for the price of a Greyhound bus but then add in taxes, fees, charges and surcharges..

So what is the difference between charges and surcharges? Are surcharges executive versions of charges?

I found it rather humorous.

That's really what it comes down to, doing business today has so much hidden tax to pay for their grandiose ideals and failed social programs.
