Canadian members here have known this for some time. The largest country on this hemisphere isn't the U.S. --- and they really do have their own ideas about popular food. Pronounce it "poo-teen," and follow this video on what goes into your next heart attack.

This just isn't your day. Your link sends me to a Globe and Mail video about a $10 million condo in downtown Calgary. I was able to search using the term 'poutine' and find it, but the video won't play, just gives me an error message. Could be Google Chrome's fault, I dunno.
