We had a small line of thunder boomers move through just a little while ago. The Brown and I went out onto the patio, and though it was still raining, the sun was shining. An old saying I've heard all my life says that means the devil was whipping his wife.

LOL where I lived before you saw that all the time.   Raining on one side of the road and sun on the other side, or snow in the winter.  LOL

We get that a lot here, particularly snow.
Often times I look to see it snowing like crazy, only to have crystal clear skies.
Damn stuff takes forever to fall. :D
