Oh, and yeah, those are seriously crap panels, though they use them because they work in cloudy weather/diffused lighting. Though they don't produce much power.
You could but a single crystal 250 watt panel that not only charges the unit, but power to spare while running other low wattage products.

Well, bugging out meaning leaving the area if you need to. But, mostly bugging in for a short period. That's why I am speaking in terms of things stored in a closet or trunk. I am being practical for city dwelling. Prepping, but not on a prepper level.
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

Frauditors are a waste of life.

Think of it as insurance. You are either protected for a few days or a year.
Walmart has pretty good freeze dried meals. You could spend $20. for a day of food, $100. could be stretched to a week......
Start now while supplies last, the price is going to sky rocket before next year.

I want to include actual hand tools.
I have had a brand new tool bag sitting around crammed full of brand hand tools (screwdrivers, nut drivers, pliers, sockets, multi-meter, etc.) along with a parts bin of random bits (wire, connectors, cables). This will be my bugging tool bag.

I have always had a random tool or two in the car tool bag that has the jumper cables, gloves, flash light, windshield scraper, umbrella, etc. I will add a few more.

I keep small jackets/fleeces in all vehicles. I should think about putting a big jackets in the vehicles.

All vehicles have basic first aid kits. I have a basic first aid kit at home as well.

I have a couple small, analog dial, battery powered, portable transistor AM/FM radios. On for the home and one packed for bugging.
