University of Georgia has an excellent page on making jerky, from smoking it to dehydrating, even ground beef jerky.

nice! I will check it out. I've never done jerky before.... I've wanted to try doing it for a while now.
I've never heard of jerking ground beef before, but it sounds interesting, seeing how if you are really in need of a quick meal, jerky can be a bitch to get down in a hurry. (chew) (chew) (still chewing).... :D
