Oh God, that's my GSD all the way.! Starts when I make breakfast. After she gets her ham trimmings and a piece from her own package of ham, she gets her ball and her day begins.
She'll carry it around for a bit, but drop it to make her perimeter check of the property, come back, make sure everyone is OK, grab the ball and lay down, only to repeat this every half hour, until I run her 3 miles with the RZR, twice a day.

Sooo much energy in the Shepard, and always on duty.
