Kristi Noem Wavers On Bill Banning Biological Males From Women's Sports
Republican South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem is wavering in her support for new legislation due to pressure from groups in South Dakota, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
Noem said as recently as March 8 that she was "excited" to sign H.B. 1217, a bill that bans biological males from participating in women's sports.
The bill was sent to Noem's desk days ago, but the governor has suggested that she may not sign it.

I agree. This would be a killer for her. I had her on my "possible" list for VP, but not signing this bill would cause a scratch from me.

Didn't someone say she's not been really tested on the national scene - or - that since SD is so RED, she's had it pretty *easy* compared to other Governors?
IF... IF... she's smart, the bill will come back better (somehow), than the one she's having reservations about. But, you can't ride that fence very long, lady... and that's not near one of the hot button issues, she'll face on the national scene.
