That was my understanding, the better the light source, the better the control, as in thousands of LED's flashing or changing the frequency.
LED street lights can be one of the worst, but the scary part is the 5G in all of this, there wouldn't be any  escaping it.
This literally creates a probability that the Jab's nanoparticles is all a part of this scheme to control the masses.
