This is an interesting 20 min video and I would love to hear what the tech people here think about this.

The first part is an example of an election where the computer for no particular reason added 4096 votes to a candidate.
That got me thinking. As soon as our election's cheaters are exposed they are going to claim that all the extra votes added to biden were a computer glitch and not cheating. They may even use this video as an example. I think its important we get out in front of such an excuse.
