I can not imagine what seeing a comet in the day time would be like. saw one comet at night. In the mid nineties? give or take a few years, that comet took up around a forth of the overhead sky. For one night. Will never forget it. Last spring got to see a total eclipse, loved it! Have seen four planets line up, fascinating! Can't wait for this one. Hope to sit out at night watching for it, October is a great month for that. maybe a little fire to the side. Wish I still smoked cigars. Might grab one anyway. Might even find some old brandy around the house somewhere.
