Of course this is a hypothetical question, so there are no wrong answer. I'm merely posting it to generate thought on an issue that most thought they had solid parameters around.
You're 7, and your dying wish is to have sex once in your short life.
Do you deny a child their only wish?

Although I have been here at CPF I think since 2010 I have yet to visit all of the places CPF has to offer. I wanted to post something about the state of Georgia and was looking for a "States" board and I ran across your question.
If the request from the 7 year old is not criminal I say bring out the willing 38/24/38. Then again....... the 38/24/38 will be a pedophile. I guess that 7 year old kid better downgrade his request and settle for an ice-cream cone.

That's the thing, it is criminal, just like wanting to end your own life is against the law. I believe the law needs to be set aside at times and let humanity, Natural Law take effect.
Seven is a bit young to be thinking of that often magical experience, but let's allow the boy his request, but before it is granted he must undergo a few questions from parents, a minister, a psychologist, a Buddhist, a philosopher, a sex therapist, a porn star, and an atheist. Of course a few say go for it, what do the others say?
"Time, for 85 percent of women, is the most important factor for sex." anon

I'd keep the priest away from the poor child, he wanted a woman.
While this TED talk is a bit off topic, it does fit in a broad sense.
