I was planning to sell my mobile home and i didnt get a title when i bought it. In 2009 Oakwood included a form to send to the DMV to get the title in my sales packet. ShoulD i just call the DMV?

As you are probably aware, MH's are more like autos than property with title folks. I would start with the county tax collector in the county the MH was purchased.

Since moving it will require involving the State, contact the highway patrol, they usually require a permit to get them on the Hwy.
You'll probably also need a pilot car company, (state dependent), so again, contact the highway patrol.
You don't need DMV for anything, as long as it was never intended to be on the road beyond delivery.
