On Tuesday, a federal judge indefinitely postponed President Donald Trump's classified documents trial date in Florida.

In a filing, Judge Aileen Cannon announced the May 20th date will be delayed in order to solve pre-trial motions in the case.

Cannon wrote that the "finalization of a trial date at this juncture—before resolution of the myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA issues remaining and forthcoming—would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court's duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical CIPA issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury."

This comes as a win from team Trump, as it is unlikely that the trial will occur prior to the 2024 presidential election.

A new trial date has yet to be set.

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is set to change its name for the first time in its 114-year history.

The name change is part of an effort for the organization to become more "inclusive."

BSA revealed that rebranding will go into effect on February 8, 2025, the organization's 115th anniversary.

From then onward, the organization will become known as Scouting America.

Officials say the name change aims to make "everyone feel welcome."

The move is also being seen as an attempt to move on from bankruptcy following a flood of sexual abuse claims.

Last year, BSA agreed to pay $2.46 billion to settle claims by some 82,000 former Boy Scouts.

The accusers said they had been sexually abused by BSA officials and volunteers when they were children.

The bankruptcy reorganization plan took effect last year, allowing the organization to keep operating.

Honestly, you should be executed via fire squad for treason. Raising another country's flag is the real definition of "insurrection."

But, I agree. It shouldn't be free though. They should have their citizenship revoked. I want specific wording that doesn't take away a citizen's right on having another a flag on their own property such as the Confederate one. But, overall, tearing down and/or replacing any US or state flag on with a foreign one should be grounds for execution or exile. The US flag needs to be protected.
