What's clear is the the legal team is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They're suing just to sue at this point with no allegations of fraud being brought upon the Courts.

But why do they even need fraud at this point? All they need to do is put the election in question and it automatically goes to the house delegations that trump wins. Or it gives the state houses the excuse send no electors, again sending it to the house for a trump win. Any way this plays out, trump wins.

If that's all they have to do they better get to it. It appears that not one State has questioned their elections enough to stop them from certifying or to get their legislatures involved in actual hearings of any kind

But the supreme court can do essentially the same thing, and they are majority right. Plus the three that trump appointed all helped bush win in 2000, where he lost case after case but finally won one case, the SC and he was the president. Trump has this anyway it plays out.

What Powell is saying, is get ready DOJ, we're putting cases together. This is why Barr said, I haven't seen the evidence showing the election was thrown.
He was telling the truth, and Sydney just signaled she's about ready to present it.
