HB 238, filed by Rep. Rolanda Hollis, D-Birmingham, would require a man to undergo a vasectomy after the birth of his third biological child or within one month of his 50th birthday. The bill also says the procedure would be done at the man's own expense.

In that same idea - any woman who shows up for welfare with more that 1 baby should have to have a hysterectomy in order to receive aid.  Also welfare should be given at the rate for one child no matter how many you have...  This includes food stamps and monetary aid.

Something needs to be done to stop the government ATM machine for the poor breeding machines. There are probably a million stories of the poor going to a grocery store, receiving WIC-type stuff in one basket, paying cash for the second basket of good stuff, then getting to a very nice car.
