It's like when I warned about "Smart Meters", the govt will decide what rate you pay as you charge your car.
Day or night, they not only track what you do with your electricity, they can shut you down in a second.

Outlaw cigarette machines, however you can go to Germany and buy them from a street/sidewalk kiosk. Back on the day, all you had to do was insert your Deutsche Mark's there they are. No credit card. No ID card. Cash and collect.

I used to buy Marlboro for twenty cents pack at the PX. Two bucks a carton. Had I known what was coming? I'd be rich today.
