After a few of the states decertify, why wouldn't President Trump be able to re-take the oath?  All I see are RINOs and libtards stomping around with clenched fists screaming "it's OVER!!!".

No, it's not over.  You don't get to steal an election and just move on.  That's not how things work.

If the election wasn't won, then how could it be over?  When the state legislatures say "hey, we didn't certify that election", was the election certified?

I only hear "because it's over".  I haven't heard them say why, or why they think an election illegally certified is a certified election?  What would be the point of certification?

I have yet to see an intelligent argument as to why President Trump can't officially be sworn back in.  Is it because there isn't an intelligent argument?

Lets assume for  a second GA and AZ do somehow declare Trump won their states. Will a  liberal gov and AG from WI, PA, MI do the same? Will a  liberal state supreme  court  in those states allow  it? Would the US Supreme  court over turn the election?

Thats  not the same thing. The state  legislature can do what  it wants  in those states. Lets say somehow GA and AZ say, yea, Trump won. Lets also say the  legislatures  in PA, WI, AND  MI all say, yea, Trump won. Lets then say the govs and ag's  in those states refuse and say hell no and  it ends  up in the state supreme courts and they say no as well. That's not how it will go down. Once the public sees the evidence, that's it, Biteme's Govt will be considered illegitimate and be removed.

You forget, Trump never stopped being POTUS, so he still has control over the military, and if necessary, will invoke martial law and throw all of them in prison.

I dont think he  had  control of the  military when he was president. There  is  no doubt the CIA and FBI were working to oust  him and at the  very  least the  left wing  military  leadership didnt  care for  him at all.
