Wearing medals you didn't earn?Why would anyone do this other then to show disrespect?

If I remember correctly, it's only illegal if you are trying to defraud and profit from it.
Otherwise it's just a scummy dishonorable thing to do and he should be publicly humiliated for it.

In his case, I hope some Marine slaps the dog shit out of him.

Unless this idiot claims he earned those medals there is nothing you can do for someone wearing them or a US Uniform.
