It's not incompetence. It's on purpose. We, the taxpayer, have been getting ripped off for well over a century in soooo many different ways..

Before the end of Trump's term, I would like to see congress pass a bill stating all the corruption which has been found needs to be taught in school. Names, party, amounts, organizations, everything. I would suggest the junior year in high school, right before they are old enough to vote. All of this went on right under congress's nose, this would be the least they could do.
