Friday signed into law a bill that limits concealed carry of firearms in "sensitive" locations in wake of the Supreme Court's ruling.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote New York's law on concealed carry permits "violates the Fourteenth Amendment by preventing law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their right to keep and bear arms in public."

The federal government violates the constitution by not allowing carry in government building, or on acoe land and parks. Both of which are unconstitutional. The acoe was sued about three years ago and they stated to the court they were changing their policy so that the suit could be dropped, it was, and we are still waiting on the policy change. I think they lied.  Can't wait to see how they react to the new court ruling.

I believe the SCOTUS ruling was a shot across the bow. I expect to see more rulings in favor of the constitution.

This means a lot more than people realize, this is a literal slap in the face of the rule of law, and without that, the republic is being challenged.

Think of it as a preteen with a drug problem knocked up on the run. You only have a small window to save the baby and what's leftist of her mental health, not to mention her soul.

Quite frankly I could care less if the people of NY continue to support and pay for leftist insanity. They deserve what they get. Until some sanity is introduced to the state it will continue to rupture population.
