Yeah, I've heard that Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is considering a third-party run. Would be interesting to see him play the part of Ralph Nader 2.0!
I read that too, but he said he was happy with the direction the party was taking, but not so happy with the leadership.

I think the split will be the moderates leaving the party to the leftists and venturing out on their own.

On one hand, at least Sanders is honest enough to properly self-identify, and not lie to the public as did the Marxist disgrace now in power. That is a narrow area for praise, considering what socialist policy has done (and continues doing) to our nation.

Parasite leftists continue to snivel that taxpayers are not spending enough to support their worthlessness. Sanders will espouse the socialist line but will probably do so without Obama's subterfuge. He should be able to attract a sizable portion of leftist voters disillusioned from 2000 in particular, restoring their faith that the system finally offered up "their kind of candidate." (I know Donks who refused to vote for Obama because he seemed too squishy-right to their tastes, and even after the first four years of Obama Trauma refuse to believe he's their kind of tax-and-subjugate dictator.)

Is America ready for an openly socialist party? Would it drain away the leftists which the more moderate Dems would consider a blessing if they did leave the Dems? At least they wouldn't have to justify arrogant trash like Pelosi and Reid, or utter morons like Wasser-face-Schultz.
