He just took an OATH to uphold the Constitution. He cannot rule by Executive Order. They don't apply to anyone but those in the Executive branch.

I just read through the latest 23 EOs he signed re: gun control and not one has any teeth, in fact they were all nothing more than a reiteration of earlier laws put in place.
All that BS over gun bans was nothing more than a distraction.

Once again Solar is right. I posted a few times about what Obamao is doing, razzle dazzle and bluster over guns, hint at dark threats to "ban guns" and get the right going nuts. In the mean time the real goal is raising the debt limit. Threaten guns to gain political leverage against the real issue which is raising the debt.

"Compromise" over guns and get your way over debt. We'll all be so releived we can keep our toys we won't care if he raises the debt and destroys our economy.

EOs only effect the Federal level, anyone at State level following them should be tossed out of office ace first, they carry absolutely no weight whatsoever.
They are no different than my dictating rules in my home, if anyone beyond my doors follow them, they need to have their head examined.
