I ask because it was just 9 months ago that our shipping became a nightmare, only to be followed by Marxists running our ports with bull shit rules, from CCP flu lies or claiming owner operators were no allowed at the docks.

Just a wild ass guess here, I think the evergiven incident gave the democrats a new weapon they had not thought of. The reason I said democrats is because you can trace many of the problems causing the logjam on the Californian state government. Florida or Texas  are not having near the problem California is having.

Good point. They may have gotten the idea there. One thing we've learned about the left is, they "Never Let A Crisis Go To Waste".

The idea of this is stuck in my mind. One point that I do not think anyone can argue, this was caused by the democrats, period. One point in common with evergiven, I do not think those the most responsible were ever held accountable. Much the same as the logjam off shore of California. Is it just more ways to cause grief in the American people and hope they look to the democrats to help them out?? You're Right! I know for a fact Unions are making a haul off the blockage, and that's just one.
But I don't really know a lot about the inner workings of the shipping industry to know for certain who is pulling in the most.

I do remember reading how one company was buying up much of the industry, and there was warnings about shipping increase because of their monopoly, which are now exorbitant in comparison to just a year ago.
Coincidence? I think not!
