I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something  very interesting that I would like to pass along.  While going through triage  before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:   
1. Did I feel stressed? 
2. Did I feel threatened?
3. Did I feel like doing harm to  someone?   
The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.  Looks like they are going after the vets first.   
Other gun people like retired law enforcement will probably be next.  Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will  they have?  Be forewarned and be aware.
The Obama administration has gone on record as considering veterans and gun owners potential terrorists.  Whether you are a gun owner veteran or not, you've been warned.
If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them.  Be very cautious about what you say and to whom.

Nope, because I know for a fact that if a medical facility suspects that you could be a danger, they are obligated to contact the authorities.
Furthermore, this is the VA, they operate under different guide lines. I have no doubt that this is true, but I would think you would have to answer ye to all the questions, not just one.
But...who knows what the policy is form one director to the next?

Crepe, the husband/wife team behind Snopes are as liberal and Obama-supporting as it gets. They went out of their way during Bush's second term to downplay ANY good news about him, and are no better a source than some drunk in a tavern.

There is one more thing wrong with their answer. They claim "Doctor Patient Confidentiality", but it isn't the doctor rthat asks the questions, it's a nurse, before you even get seated with a doctor.

Where I come from there are.

Under HR 218 I can carry a firearm without a weapons permit in my registered State of Virginia without the regular ccw permit. However, I would never be so stupid as to answer any sort of question like this on a form.

Just a note, most medical clinics will not allow even an active duty police officer to carry his weapon INSIDE the premises.

I swear, they mislead, and if the story is about a Dim getting caught, they actually write a summary as to why he was wrong, but was doing the right thing.

The Smoking Gun is by far more reliable.
