I'm not making a statement that any one here already knows but I have to say it anyway...the republicans (rinos) are sleeping in the same bed as the democrats. With every Conservative win the republicans get more pissed off then the democarts.

Although I do it to make progress for the Tea movement it's so hard to pull the trigger in the voting booths for republicans ( Johnny Isakson) when I know damn well their going to vote with democrats on tough issues. That's why IMO primaries are so important to our cause. This is where the rubber hits the road, this is where we win.

Some prominent moderate establishment Republicans in Utah are plotting to target conservative icon Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) with a primary challenge in 2016.

Lee's offense? He didn't drink the Washington Kool-aid and see the D.C. cesspool as a jacuzzi after he ousted incumbent Sen. Bob Bennett (R-UT), who had supported the TARP bailouts, in 2010.

When Lee prevailed over Bennett, he gave other conservatives across the country hope that they could also defeat entrenched incumbents who cared more about preserving the status quo above all else. Once Lee arrived in Washington, he didn't turn his back on the base, which angered some prominent establishment Republicans.

Looking back over the years, we've all been played, libs and Cons alike, the Main Establishment, the ones that pull Jarrett's and Boners strings have been swinging an legerdemain pendulum.
Every 4 years, they help seat their candidate with a well crafted plan years in advance, and not that we fall for it, but they've manipulated it to the point where were left with the two candidates they chose for us.

This is why it's so important for them to get rid of Lee, he's a serious threat to their plans of retaining ownership of the country.
That's right, they've owned this nation for decades, but the Great OZ was exposed when the Marxist entered the scene, and the rino ignorantly exposed their hand when they attacked their base.

There is but one option, stand strong behind real Conservatives and ignore TV when the Establishment media goes after our guys.

Apparently Goldwater was a dry run that they managed to defeat.

I would think that the establishment really preferred Hillary in 08, although Obama was more easily manipulated, and more of a Marxist which a certain group must have enjoyed.

    They are threatened by Mike Lee because he is that good.

I supported Lee when he ran against Bennett, and I'll support him again this time around. God forbid that dinosaur RINO Hatch ever decided to run again, I will oppose him the way I did last time around!

Are you kidding me?  Republicans would rather side with Sheila Jackson Lee and Barbara Lee over Mike Lee ?  That's ridiculous. 

Your whole premise is based on Republican campaign-donors being 'pissed off', hence Republican office-holders are puppets who're pissed off.  That's backroom hogwash.  What group or individual big money donor is going to fret over TEA-conservatism for the sake of traditional puppetry?  Why not just declare you're now a Democrat Party donor?  A puppet is a puppet. 

We know TEA-candidates bring honesty to the table.  As for RINO's, being left-centric and being dishonest are two different things.  With Government-contracts as the grand prize for those theoretical anti-Mike Lee voices, TEA is something " that can't happen to me.  It'll happen to some other dishonest RINO puppet. "

Let's look at Orrin Hatch vs. Mike Lee from a big money donor perspective... on a 'plot to oust':

Hatch said:  " Mike Lee needs to be rehabilitated... "  Gosh, that's conspiratorial. 

Hatch was 'sorry' when John Huntsman called Lee an embarrassment to Utah, and an extremist.  Hatch endorsed Huntsman at the last-minute in a perfunctory bon vivant gesture.  Zions Bank was the biggest donor to both Huntsman and Lee.

The two have cosponsored 153 bills.  I can't find any major clashes between them.
